| Cyber Police: A Polycount Challenge | |
CyberPolice is a Side-scroller BEAT-EM-UP created during a challenge organized by the website www.polycount.com. My main challenge with this piece was to create something relying heavily on metal parts and sci-fi athmosphere. Also, one other challenge was to make ALL the level from modular objects. There's about 20 different assets making this map, all limited to a 2048*4096 texture sheet and 175,000 triangles.

Part 1: cold lighting for a still quiet place, there's some small damage here and there. Everything you see in this screenshot is using a modular approach.

Part 2: Lighting changes in the factory, and a blend to the demolished area with broken barriers and pilars.

Part 3: Demolished concrete slabs and pipes were made out of modular assets. And easily modified.

Part 4 of the level. This could be a boss room.

The texture sheet made from all the diffuse content I created for this environment.
